This March we will be focusing on defending and attacking from the turtle position. Monday night we started working some really simple and effective basics. We worked on taking the back and going straight into a rear naked choke and armbar. We’ll be working on other strategies around this position as the month goes on. I know by the end of the month every one will look like pros from this position.
